Ode to Silence

Hear ye brave angels

Call forth your ragged troops

Rise against the swarthy horde

Pluck the eye that offends thee

Squash it in the name of your maker

Blind justice your birthright

Meted with the slighted hand

Double edge sword of the free

Sing out brave angels

Turn back against the sea

Drown the crash of turning tide

Smote the rock with angry rod

Strike the clanging cymbals

Thy hands washed clean of sin

Behold the rolling thunder

Divined by the chosen god

Fear not brave angels

False prophets in thy midst

Rise up with righteous fury

Pierce the fleeing serpent’s scale

Craft strong the brick fortress

Sweet home of the chosen few

Walls to the heavens rise

Oh Thee we proudly hail

Surrender fallen angels

Uncurl your blood stained fists

Take heed the new day’s gleaming

Rise to spread the seeds of peace

Kneel down before war’s anthem

Let silence sing the song

In trust and love we prosper

When sabre rattles cease

Key word:Silence
